HEALTH SERVICES

The Hollister School District is committed to supporting the physical and emotional well-being of every student. Our health services team includes Mary Blackwood, RN, who serves as the District Health Coordinator and nurse for both the Early Childhood Center and Elementary School, and Lindsay Houser, LPN, who provides care for students at the Middle School and High School.

In addition to our full-time nursing staff, the district partners with Jordan Valley Community Health Center to expand access to student health services. The Jordan Valley School-Based Health Clinic (SBHC) is located within Hollister Elementary School and offers a wide range of medical and behavioral health services. The clinic supports students with on-site visits from a community health worker, telehealth options, and behavioral health care. These services are available to all Hollister students.

Jordan Valley’s Trudi’s Kids Mobile Program also visits our schools to provide dental and vision care. Students must have a completed consent form on file to receive mobile services.
