Dr. Rachel Hodges began her educational career in 2007 and joined the Hollister R-V School District in 2017. After serving as the Hollister Middle School Assistant Principal and Athletic & Activities Director, she assumed the role of the middle school principal in 2021. Dr. Hodges also serves as Hollister’s Care for Kids Coordinator. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Missouri State University and her Doctoral Degree in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University.

With a mission of establishing a culture of learning in which students and teachers realize their potential, Dr. Hodges strives to help students and teachers reach their personal goals by providing an environment where they feel supported and cared for.
