Hollister Middle School Activities

Our sixth, seventh and eighth grade students have the opportunity to participate in a very competitive athletic program. The fall sports include volleyball, football, cheer leading and cross country. The winter sports include boys' and girls' basketball and cheer leading. The spring offers track for all students and baseball.

Middle school students can participate in a variety of activities. All students have the opportunity to participate in the annual History Day competition. The Academic team competes in several meets during the winter months. Each winter, students in the middle school also have the opportunity to try out for the school musical. .

Hollister Middle School has a very active Student Council. They are responsible for many tasks during the year like organizing the four dances and leading our students in our character education. They do an excellent job of being a voice for the students. Officers and representatives are elected in the fall of each school year and are voted on by the student body.

Hollister Middle School offers all it's students a quality education with the highest of academic standards. The school's atmosphere allows every student the opportunity to succeed and has a staff that recognizes the uniqueness of each individual. We offer an environment where students feel safe and where adults care about each student as individuals.
