Dr. Brian Wilson has been the Superintendent of the Hollister R-V School District since 2014. He earned his undergraduate degree from Missouri State University and his doctorate from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri.  Dr. Wilson began his educational career in 1995 and has been an Educational Administrator since 2000.

During his time at Hollister, Dr. Wilson has worked diligently on building relationships and gaining the trust of Hollister teachers, staff, students, parents, and community members. In all he does, he keeps what is best for kids at the forefront of every decision.

Over the years, Dr. Wilson has received many awards and honors including Missouri Superintendent of the Year and the Hometown Hero Award. In 2023 he was nominated for a LifeChanger of the Year Award.

Dr. Wilson is an integral part of Hollister and the surrounding community serving on numerous boards and committees.  He is an active member of the Hollister Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Hollister, Developmental Connections, and the Children's Miracle Network.  Dr. Wilson strives to invest in the community, as our students and stakeholders are our future.
